My daughter has lived in Hillcrest for more than a year regularly shopped at Richdens TOPS. Today when she went with her boyfriend to return quart bottles Prevan Moodley was extremely hostile to her "asking where are you from" and "are you Australian" He felt it necessary to be discriminatory and unhelpful. He was more interested in telling the young couple what he thought of them rather than offering a service. Customers do not need to be taught a lesson and patronized. Embarrassed by the scene he was creating, and not wanting the incident to escalated into a slanging match they decided to leave the store without making the returns. This kind of attitude is extremely surprising as Hillcrest is a very cosmopolitan area.
This is an unacceptable attitude
