The Pro Shop

I wanted to get a personalised golf towel as a present. I emailed a girl called Erica from one of the Pro shops, (i got the email address off the pro shop website). She referred me to a guy named Travis, who does the prints, at the head office.
I emailed him for a price, he also suggested golf and said the prints on all 10 golf will be done for free. It came up to R800. I was told i have to pay before he can place the order and was given account info.

I didnt think anything of it, because i am in the jewellery industry and we usually work that way.
Anyway, this was 6th feb.
I called 11th, to check on my order, Travis didnt know what I was talking about. He says the emails were hacked and I paid the money into a wrong account and the order was never placed. All the emails are in his draft box. Since monday they have been dealing with IT, and i dont know if i will get my order. I was told they will get to it once done with IT. But i need it for the 17th.
I reported the acc no to nedbank, and will open a case today. But why hasnt the pro shop?
