I have my IPhone 5 from my handbag while shopping at Foschini. I suspected on e of the staff members to be involved, ESP since there was another cell phone from a shopper the previous day, 3 phone calls to the Head office, still no response from them, the manager from Foschini called yesterday and I am appalled at the lack of service delivery, firstly he called to ask if there is anything he can do, without evening offering what he could do, I do understand that replacement of my cell phone will not happen, but on requesting him to question staff in their employment, he became defensive, then said he would call back. I did not receive a call back and had to phone to ask him for progress, no mention of assistance in any way, except that there was nothing that he could do. From a principle point, my purchases will be returned and this account closed, Foschini you have lost a Gold client due to lack of empathy, service and sheer understanding from an excellent client.
