Embarrassed in front of people

Shops, Products, Services

I went clicks to buy a big tin of NAN for my babies, when I got to the till I took out 2 R100.00 notes and gave them to the above teller, he took a look at the 1 and said he's not sure if they accept notes like that I asked what was wrong with it, he replied saying it had ink, I was asked to wait while he called out his supervisor, whom took 15 minutes to come, and when she eventually came she just took one look at it and said "no, no, no, no we do not accept notes with ink", I tried to explain to her that I withdrew the money that morning from an ATM so it couldn't have been fake, because it's from the bank, she just walked away and said I must take it bank to the bank.
I had to take back the note and give the teller another one, because people were now making assumptions behind me, and that very same note I went and bought with it in one of S.A.s leading stores and accepted with the ink and all, and what if I didn't have anymore money on me, would my children suffer because of unprofessional people like that?
I was very embarrassed, humiliated, I'm very upset and disappointed of the service I received from Clicks.
I want to be compensated for all the pain, suffering, and lost of time
