Waiting 11 weeks for insurance claim and nothing y

My Hi-Fi was struck by lightning on the 24th of November. I took it in the same day and was told by Helen that it would take 2 to 3 weeks before i get my Hi-fi back or a replacement. After countless phone calls, witch was not returned, i was told the factory closed for December. Early Jan i went back, and it was still not fixed. I tried to reason with them, but no luck. A loan system was supplied but no remote or wires were supplied. WHAT THE MUST I DO TO GET MY HI-FI BACK? I am waiting for 11 weeks now and still no positive feedback.
I am sick and tired of dealing with people that only go to work to get a pay cheque, and don't give too hoots about a client.
