So slow, look like she was dying!!

I was at Edgars Vanderbijlpark on Friday 8 Feb 2013. Up stares at the "Sale shop" there were only one cashier... can you believe it. I was standing there for 45 minutes and only 5 people in front of me and the air-conditioning is broken. Hot as the and so frustrated because of the cashier that works so slowly like if she was busy dying.
To put the chary on top some lady jumped in front of me when I made it to the front and according to her she was there before me. There we start a big fight with NO security guard near. I did phone the customer care as I was standing there. As I started to explain that the lady at the till is going to drop dead because of laziness he just dropped the phone in my ear.
I cannot understand how can people work for a company and only help 4 people in 45 min.
