Spar
No change given

I have complained about Tiffany Spar in Sheffield Beach KZN before and had no response so I don't expect feedback here. My wife and I shopped there on Saturday and paid cash and because the teller did not have change we did not receive our change. I'm sure this is just a for the tellers to make extra money on the side as I have experienced this before. This is actually so next time I will lay a charge at the Police station against Spar.
