This letter is to complain about service I recently received from Pick n Pay Online Shopping

After spending an hour "online shopping" the goods received had either expired or were due to expire the next day. My order included moldy cheese, meat that had expired, a bottle of juice that was half full and salad that was off
I called Pick n Pay on Thursday to find out how to deal with the problem goods received (I was very calm and understanding at this stage). I was ensure that the products would be replaced the next day (being Friday) - I am still waiting...
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, or be inconveniences any further I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.
