I placed an ONLINE order with [URL Removed] for flowers. Just to be informed that "they" cant find a service provider close to me to do it. I guess they did not look even further than the town I live in as there are several towns around me, with the furthest a half an hour drive from me. (15 km, 20 km, 20 km, 30 km respectively)
Seems it is easier for them to CANCEL orders as it is TO HARD for who-ever to find another service provider. I was not even given the option for extra delivery costs (which I would have gladly payed if necessary). But NOOO... No-one just took a bit of initiative and worked on it, just cancelled it as it was the easy option.

THANK YOU FOR NOTHING..

Well I will find another online service provider that will gladly help me in delivering flowers. I don't need your pathetic service.

And YES.. I have replied to your "we are sorry" email. Order number M9979051

I dare you to reply with a proper reply on here or alternatively on email (that will be posted) and NOT the generic Ahh sorry.. We can't get hold of you, please give us a date and time to call you.
