How difficult is it to get cash back rewards???

I did not receive my cash back vouchers from Clicks last year October, they then told me to print them online, and then I can use them> I could not print online, as the system would not allow me to. I contacted them, and they said they would post them, and please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery!! after 4 weeks I contact them to say I have not received anything, so they say they will post again, and allow 3-4 weeks!!! It is now February 2013, and still nothing. I dont think I will ever receive them, and what about the new rewards owing to me? I cannot believe that it could be so difficult to get your rewards!!! I told them to post them by registered post, but they wont/cant do that either. My geduld is nou op!!!
