I had to return a bottle (unopened) of supplements because they contain gelatin. At the customer care desk my query was handled quickly and efficiently. Normally there are arguments or attitudes that you, the customer, should be grateful for any kind of attention but there was none of that.

It was hard to believe that there are still retailers out there who actually care.
