Wow what a great service, attitude and follow up - I would like to express my gratitude to Thomas at TomTom Customer Care Team in a manner in which he handled, assisted and resolved my query. I had an issue with activating my free lifetime map services and called the customer care centre - I have I was blown away by the way Thomas handled my query and assisted, activated by code (the speed and effiency highly commendable).
