Sticky cheese

Hi

i bought the 900g sliced cheese on the 26th Jan at Shoprite checkers at the Protea glen Mall. when i open the wraper the cheece just sticks on i have to use a knife to remove the rest on the cheese like melrose. i called your customer care line number last week on friday they guy i spoke asked for the batch number and expiry date which i didnt have, he said he will ask his colleague to call me at 7pm, i got no call i foned again on tueday the lady i spoke to took the expiry date 18march i told her i dont see a batch number on the package, i was told by her she was logging a formal complaint but still no call received REF 13/02/18
