Stained or dirty bottle

Good day..
It's so disappointing for me to write this complain I bought cold drink at pick n pay galeshewe, as I wanted to put myself and my family I realized that the bottle is dirty inside if it outside I would understand but it's inside the bottle... It came to me that if I did not notice the stains before pouring what if those stains could've resulted in one of us being hospilised or worse
I hope may complain will be attended to
