The Courier Guy
Poor service

The Worcester branch of the Courier has in the past 3 day alerted me that my parcel will be delivered on said days. To this day nothing has been delivered. Even after calling the branch and confirming that I will be able to receive it today they never showed up. What makes this service absolutely deplorable is the fact that I am a mere 3km away from them in the same town. For a company that supposedly delivers nationwide this bodes very poorly on them.
