Faulty 2 x Eurolux rechargeable led emergency lamp

Good day,
I bought 2 x of 5 watt Eurolux LED Lumens 440 emergency Lumens 140 Base E27 with rechargeable lithium-ion battery for load-shedding at R99 each. I felt so blessed as there were only 4 left on the shelf. We placed them in the light fitting and even allowed to charge as it didn't work initially but to no joy, it still does not work and my poor kids have to sit in the dark even after I promised them that they will be able to read during the no power periods. I insist on a replacement for the attached purchase receipts. thank you
