Day/night sensor globes do not work

I send Eurolux a note 2 weeks ago stating that I bought 2 Eurolux Spiral day/night sensor globes. The one globe only lasted 1 week and the day night sensor never worked. The 2nd one has now lasted 2 weeks but the sensor does also not work. I have had no response from Eurolux. Obviously not very customer focused!!
