BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE ATTITUDE

Afternoon... i write with so much disappointment on the service i got from a cashier at GAME EAST GATE STORE TODAY 16 FEBRUARY 2020... cashiers name is SINDISIWE SIMELANE... IM sorry but this lady is extremely rude and has no customer service whatsoever... i visited the store today to get the juice thats always running on special and to pay my game account as well since i got the statement yesterday, after taking my juices from the isle i proceeded to the back cashiers where i was told to pay for my account last month, i got there to my surprise i was told to go pay at the fount... i got to frount till payed for my juice in cash was given change then i gave the lady my id and asked her if i could pay my account... she took my ID punched in and asked me to confirm if its right ..she asked how much im paying i said R1000... she proceeded with the payment and she gave me a slip. While checking the slip i noticed she had paid for DSTV instead on GAME ACCOUNT ..I went back to ask her why she paid for dstv instead of my game account she said I said DSTV NOT ACCOUNT, and moreover they do not use ID to pay for accounts at game and that there nothing she can do she called her Superior who came took my slip and went to, make a call then came back told me theres nothing she can do they cant refund and then she went on to say im at fault for producing my ID coz they dont use ID for payment at game she then asked for my contact numbers so she can follow up of wich i ended up not giving her as she had already concluded that i was at fault... my problem is not that they paid dstv intead of my account but the fact that they were so rude and gave me attitude... game is my best store but with all this bad service from ur east gate store i think ill jst pay off my accounts and find else where to shop
