Fridge is not working again after only two weeks of a technician 'Fixing it' loosing thousands of Rands in groceries again, head office promised that someone will come out since Friday, no fridge, the food has thawed and gone off, stay far away from Samsung products it's really not worth it in the long run, their customer service is beyond pathetic
