Nappies are rock hard and unusable

I have been buying lovies nappies for the past 3 and a half years and I've always been so pleased with the quality of the nappies that i recommend it to everyone that asks which brands are the best lovies is always ontop of my list... But the last 2 months i have been very unhappy with the product as it feels like sand in the liner of the nappy and now i just opened a brand new pack and most of the nappies are unusable as it is rock hard where the lining are suppose to be... Please advise me on how we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
