Shocking service and unethical refund policy

Utterly disgusted by the poor service at Bargain Books in Pinelands. I just tried to return a book that was an unwanted gift only to be told it could only be exchanged for a voucher as per company policy. As a consumer I am entitled to a full refund, it is my right. The cashier proceeded to take a phone call and take my details and wanted to sort this matter out later. Obviously my time is not worth her full attention.

I will never buy from Bargain Books again and will be taking this matter further to obtain the refund I am entitled to.
