No stock on hand on promo

Game stores advertised the xbox bundle kinect in a promo running from 27 dec - 06 feb for R3000. I've been to the store thrice already to find out about the offer, and got the same story each time, they have not received the stock for that offer yet. And yet in the new advertisement leaflet running from 24 jan-27 jan, that exact same offer is once again stated, but this time for the price of R4000. How can u place an ad and not have the stock available, and then advertise it again, but the previous orders still hasn't been delivered? Luckily I asked for a raincheck when I went to make the purchase on the first offer, but up until now, nobody has even had the decency to contact me to explain the situation, or tell me why there is a delay with the stock. This is totally unacceptable, worst service ever.
