Expired goods or missing parts

Im a regular customer at makro and every purchase has to have some part missing or the item is expired.

My recent purchase was impala maize meal. when i opened the packet it was stale i had to throw it away cause it would have not been economical for me to use my time and petrol to go there and complain about a maize meal that costs plus/minus R60. i wrote a customer complains and i have never received any courtesy call to rectify my complains.

Secondly i bought the top of the range chrismas tree that makro had. We opened it on the 24th of December 2012 at night. As me and my family were ready to put it up, dissappointed there was a part missing. We could not put it up cos that was the main part, my kids chrismas was terribly ruined because there was no chrismas tree hence.

Thirdly i bought a 3 drawer shelves for storing toys, while trying to assemble it and put it together i realised one wheel was missing. I had to go back there again.

the list goes on.

This is really unaceptable, the last thing you was as a customer is inconvenience and saving is our priority therefore double trips is also unacceptable.
