Poor quality product sold

Bought a gazebo in nov 2013 for R2499. I asked at customer services and was told that the gazebo could be used as a permanent structure more specifically it was UV protected and rust protected. I also confirmed this with the person working at the outdoor section and they also confirmed that the gazebo could stay up permanently.

We finally got round to putting the gazebo up mid december. Now a month and half later it has started to rust and the fabric has been sun damaged.

There wasn't even a pamphlet or anything in the box to tell us how to assemble the thing.

This is terrible. I bought an expensive patio gazebo which was supposed to work as a permanent fixture!

I want my money back as the product i got was not of the quality i was assured it would be
