Poor Telephone skills

I phoned the clicks at Rivonia and asked to be put through to the pharmacy. I usually buy all my monthly health care products and medicine from clicks.
I was phoning to inquire about stock and whether it is available - a lady answered the phone - no hello just please hold, then I wait for 5 minutes and she comes back to phone and says won't be long.
That is not the way you speak to customers on the phone.
I then asked her what her name was and she replied, well who are you.
I finnaly got her to state her and she said her name was Ras Herbs, don't even know if this is her real name.
You should not let people like that operate the telephone, I will much rather deal with Dischem from now so you can count on losing my business and the business of my family.
