I placed an order for Lego on Sunday (after not being able to find this set in any of my local toyshops) and was not sure if it would be delivered in time for my son's birthday (today). I phoned the call centre on Tuesday morning to ask if they would possibly be able to deliver to me by Tuesday evening. Kyle was very professional and said he would call me back. He called back with in 5 minutes to say that he would do his best, but could not make promises. The delivery company phoned me at about 3-30pm to say they would deliver between 6 and 7pm, and it was delivered at 6:25pm. Thank you for excellent service!! My son LOVES his new lego!
