No repair no refund

On 18 December I took my Hydrova with blown motor back to pnp having bought it there in July. I was told I cannot have a refund, but it would only be 21 days as they are not going on holiday. They only sent machine away 4 January (not my problem) and I still have had no resolution. i want my money back!!!
