A rigged Heineken competiton

In the first week of January 2014, there was a Heineken fridge displayed in the store. To enter the competition you had to write your name on the Till slip and place it in the fridge to be drawn at a later date (which was never displayed - or given even asking the manager!). After buying 3 separate cases of beer through the month, and asking on each occasion I was told that the Heineken Representative hadn't come to do the draw. I asked yesterday (31st Jan 2014), to be told that it was still on going. And to my absolute disgust I went in this morning to be told by one of the staff that the manager of the store had given the fridge away to a friend of his this morning, and his friend had never even entered the "competition".
I am so sick of getting over in this country!!! I am also going to contact Heineken South Africa.
