Pathetic customer service

Last Thursday I sent an email to customer service to enquire if I could purchase more than one deal and for both items to be delivered on the same day to my address, no response. absolutely nothing!
then I made a payment for a deal on Friday, that deal closed on Monday. I have sent numerous emails and no response. nothing to tell me they received my payment or when will the delivery date be>

I have had no issues with daddys deals in the past as I have even complimented them on the quick efficient service once before. but this is very disappointing service!!!
