Up to tiles

Good-day
My complaint today for CTM Vereeniging is about tiles i bought that was marked for A grade tiles and really what a bunch of!!!
Tiles not being the same size, height and width. and then not even talking about the late delivery??
I paid everything in cash R11000 and for that i think we deserve a good service?
My feeling is to go to my local newspaper and tell people not to buy here i really wanted to buy all my bathroom stuff at CTM but after this service i received i will not?
So CTM really i tough you run a high standard on this type of products but it seems to me i was wrong!!
