Bad Service - No eedback from manage

I have called twice and still no call back from your manager as promised. Its highly frustrating to waste time and money making telephone calls to your store only to be told that only the manager can assist... but wait... manager is not available and will call me back. Well, i am tiered of waiting for that to happen i need my matter resolved as a matter of urgency. Its already been quite an inconvenience as your staff have given us the incorrect item to what we requested. it was meant to be a birthday gift and ended being a disappointment. i have had to source the correct item elsewhere as a matter of urgency just to make sure my child still gets a gift on her birthday. i have been waiting now for almost 2 hours just to speak to someone for assistance... all i want now is my money back. I need to know who to contact when i arrive at the store, in order to return the item and receive my funds... Really irritated by your service as you gave me the incorrect item and then do nothing to try and assist me therafter...
