Equesting deposit for faulty fridge replacement

After my last complaint I have been contacted by the branch manager Desagan and he has been nothing but helpful and assisted me in getting a new fridge as we could not get stock of the one we currently have as it was a discontinued model, with this been said they made me re-apply for the new fridge on a brand new contract which is fine as the serial number will change but now they are requesting a deposit from me and apart from that cannot pick up the deposit I paid originally when I purchased the fridge and I have proof of this payment, apart from this we also added on a few more items and they have taken 4 days now to get it approved, Desagan had to now send this to the regional head office to be approved, he has pushed and tried to help me but the accounts department really holds things up :-( and I am still sitting with a faulty fridge...
