Staff screaming at customers

Went to this branch to buy two bed sets, had our pet dog on a leash with us as there are no sign stating that no pets are allowed. As we walked into the store a voice came howling from the back " no pets allowed ". I picked up the dog to go out, but the woman kept screaming at the top of her voice! This behavior is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, (o put the cherry on top, the woman Dineo was having her lunch at the desk in open view of the public. We immediately left the store and went to Dial a Bed in Cresta instead. And as a compliment to Cresta I might mention that no one blinked an eye or screamed no pets allowed. Our doggie infact went with us to purchase the bed set's.
