CTM Northgate - pleasure to deal with you. Unfortunately did not get the name of the person I dealt with. Came in for a special cistern washer. After a bit of a search they found one. No charge. No hassles. Sent me on my way with a smile. This has happened before with me for parts at CTM so a compliment is overdue. Thanks Guys.
