Disgusting attitude!

We went into hi-fi corp on saturday to purchase a home entertainment system, we did not have any fica documents on hand and was asked to come in today with a payslip and I'd only, when we went to jacob at finance with the documents he starts to give us a bad attitude from saying that I am at fault because according to him he asked for more then what we brought in, after saying that he never asked for it, he starts to get loud and extremely rude! Personally I will ensure that nobody I know ever purchases anything from here ever again! Jacob is 1 of those individuals that does not need to have a job that deals with customer relations
