Flies in bread

I've purchased bread from pick n pay n arbour crossing today and when I get home and open it for my kids there were flies in the bread, thank tht we didn't eat the bread as I'm also pregnant and that would have caused me to be sick, I'm reali frustrated and annoyed, pick n pay is quiet a reputable store and I do my daiy shoppng there
