Unauthorized Annual tax return done

Van der Walt Rekenmeester basically did my annual tax return with out my consent and charged me almost R800 for something that I usually do my self for R100 on the SARS website. After months of communication with their accounts manager Ria, I told her I am willing to pay the R100 which I did, only to find out they still handed me over to ITC, which means I have to pay more than R2000 now to clear my name again. I spoke to the owner Ivan and he recons I never left msgs for him to clear the matter but he know exactly who I am! THIS WAS NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY CHARGED BUT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!
