I bought a bottle of 200ml Bungy 15 insect killer. Once at home I opened the box only to see that the bottle contains about 75ml of fluid and not 200ml as stated on the box. The box itself did not show any signs of leakage. This morning I phoned Makhro and Jaco firstly apologised for the problem - he did not argu with me that I might be mistaken and neither did he try and find an excuse not to take responsibility for the problem like so many suppliers do. No, two hours later he dropped off a new bottle of insect killer.

That is customer service which a person does not experience often in SA. Well done Makhro Home & Garden you definitely deserve a massive compliment.
