Staff repremand in front of customers

I wish to bring this to your attention: Donald (the manager with the blonde hair) at Centurion Cash Crusaders is very rude and abusive to his staff. He was repranding a lady called Fortunate and was swearing at her as she had 'done to his customer'. A lady who also works there intervened that they should go speak in the office to no avail. Whilst I agree indeed that what ever she had done she should've called the customer to apologise, I did not enjoy watching him being rude to her and repremanding her in front of me as a customer. I should be protected from such.
