Damaged goods now for the 2nd time

I have made an online order on Black Friday specials, my order consist of :
1.) MONSTER CLEANER SCREEN 2 X 45ML R59.99
2.) SONY DVD-R 10 PCK SPIN NON PRNT R9.99
3.) SONY DVD-R 50 PC SHRINK PACK 1037809 R49.99
and asked for next day delivery for R53.74

i received the goods Monday 03/12/2013 and the pack of dvd were opened, I did not buy 2nd hand stuff, this is totally unacceptable 4-5 dvd were not even in the pack.
