Efuse to change my installment plan!

I am so sick of the pathetic service. I have asked for my installment plan to be changed to 6 months 5 times now! Ever since I opened my account! And EVERY TIME I AM ASSURED THAT IT WILL CHANGE BUT IT DIDNT! K YOU EDGARS! You are my money by charging me interest but i did not agree to this! I demand that this is fixed and STAY FIXED, or just close my account if you are unable to solve this! If this is ever an issue again I WILL sue! This is against the consumer protection act!!!
