I have a valid TV license and wanted to buy a TV from the Cape Gate Store. They told me that there is a outstanding amount of R 104.00 on my license. I tried to explain to them that I do have a debit order for more than ten years already and that the amount mentioned is the balance for the rest of the year. They were very rude and told me they cannot give me the tv. I phone SABC and they agreed with me that I do have a license.
Cash crusaders must train the workers properly and help their customers accordingly, or they will loose good business. I drove more than 150 km to go and shop at them and have to drive back empty handed.
