Thruworths never again

I bought a shirt from them. When i got home i noticed it was a size to big. I took it back with a proof of purcase and they refused to exchange it. The call centre cudnt assist me cause acording to them its the managers desision wheter he feels like it or not. All i wanted was the same shirt in a differanr size. After a big scene i got it. But why must such a simple request be such a hastle. I was a dedicated customer but i wont ever go back there. The experience was so bad that im doing my first complaint ever.
