Tampered chocolate

Good afternoon I called the customer line on 8 April regarding a wrapper and chocolate that had been tampered with. The courier company collected the wrapper and chocolate 9 April. I sent a follow up email via the website on 12 April and 22 April. I tried calling again 24 April with no success. I am still awaiting feedback. Please advise urgently
