Wrong product in packaging

Yesterday I bought an Inside Story from a vending machine here at Absa Towers West, 15 Troye Street.
The chocolate, an Inside Story Delectable Truffle, was intended for my heavily pregnant wife - who loves them.
However when I got home at about 9pm last night and she opened (what was meant to be her favourite chocolate), she instead had some weird chocolate with peppermint pieces.
This caused a bit of stress as she is trying to control her cravings and had been waiting the whole day for me to bring her a Inside Story Delectable Truffle.
