Faulty dishwashe

I bought a dishwasher from Hirsch in Pmb. When I took it in for repairs I was told to pay R200, which I did-quotation fees. I phoned them 4 days in a row just to be told that they will phone me with a quote. Today I phoned them because its being TEN days and I was told that the pump is faulty and I have to pay the pump before they will even replace it! They have not made 1 phone call to inform me! Then i was told it would take another 3days for the pump to get to Pmb from Durban! It took a wine order 3 days from Stellenbosch to Greytown. When I went into the shop to pay they told me they could get me a part in PMB but it would be R150 more. I just think their service! too many people do nothing in a store! Plse Help!!!
