Good day
I took in my SAMSUNG DVD SUB HOOFER in to have fixed on the 15/7/2012, up untill this day i hav spoken to 4 different people and said they dnt no where it is and then said it is going to cost R1650.00 to fix, we requested them to return it as they also could not find my extended warranty so i just wanted mt amplifier back. Till this day if we dnt follow up as to where our Sub Hoofer is they Hirch's do not bother to follow up or anything. I want them Hirsch's to give me a new Sub Hoofer and to explain why they just dnt get back to us, i am really disgusted with there service and will never ever recomend anybody to purchase anything from them.
