Edgars Bad Experience

Good day, I visited Edgars Zevenwaght on Sunday 02 June 2013, I was in the dept where you return your goods, seeing as it is month end, when I entered there was 3 people behind the counter, the line was rather long, only one person was helping behind the counter, the one lady left, the other one just sat there looking at the line, I asked them if here is only one person helping, they just carried on their merry ways and ignored me. Eventually I came to the front of the line, not an apology was uttered, she just took my stuff didnt greet, didnt say thank just did her thing and let me leave. I find this service unacceptable and yes I do understand sometimes the store is short staffed, but then apologize and reassure the customers that they will be attended to.
