Very Poor Customer Service..arrogant and rude!!!

I had purchased a ghd from sixtythree hair studio on the 21/12/13, however i discovered that the ghd was not getting heated properly, fails to set my hair and my sales receipt states that I have purchased a Glampalm hair iron. I went to sixtythree on 10/01/14 due to me being in Johanessburg and the place of purchase was closed and stated that they wil b opened on the 10/01/14.upon my arrival Mrs. Pam refused to check my ghd..she called another female and a male employee who refused to listen and acted agrresively, rude and unprofessional. They harrased my fiance and I..threathening to have us thrown out of the building.the store claims that I had 1month to return the item..looking at the time period of 21/12/13-10/01/14 I stil had enough time and they was also CLOSED in that time. Mrs Pam gave me Mr. Vinces (manager) number and when I called him he refused to listen even after telling him that my sales receipt states that I have a 2year supplier guarantee..he cut the call several times.. spoke aggressively, was rude and did not gve me his bosses details saying he doesn't know who owns the studio.i have paid R1750 cash and I don't want to be stuck with something I cannot use.please help me
