SmartShopper Kiosk Out of orde

I have been to Pick 'n Pay at Wonderpark on various occasions during the past month and every single time I tried to convert my points into cash the Kiosks were out of order. The one at the entrance next to Clicks is forever out of paper!! The two at the other entrance are also not working. One has been under maintenance ever since I can remember and the one next to him has a touch screen that does not work properly. Seriously Pick 'n Pay??? How difficult is it to keep things in working order, or isn't it important to do so???
